Jim Cardwell believed leaders don’t need more plans, they need a way to execute them. He founded Cardwell Group to bring the right people and the right tools together so strategy becomes reality
At the inaugural session in Seattle, a group of credit union executives met soldiers heading to leadership training. Both groups were on the same path, becoming the leaders their people would depend on. We named our leadership program after their bus number: 306.
For over 40 years, Cardwell has brought executive leaders together in pursuit of higher performance, clarity, and collaboration. Along the way, we introduced Connections, an industry-leading platform that gave credit unions a shared space to align strategy with execution.
